Executive Chef and co-owner, Chef Hassan , is the creative spirit behind everything we do and takes a personal interest in all aspects of the business. Whilst keen to grow the company, Chef Hassan recognizes this should be done at a measured rate that does not detract from the quality of service and attention Kasbah gives each and every client.
Chef Hassan has excellent credentials and has worked with some of the world’s finest chefs. His experience in Europe includes working with the now famous, Chef Gordon Ramsey and Martin Murphy, in some of London’s most prestigious restaurants including Claridges and The East India Club. His recent Canadian experience includes- Chef de Partie at the Delta Hotel, Vancouver and Sous Chef at the popular Steam Works restaurant, Vancouver. Chef Hassan’s most recent role is Head Chef at a very popular Halal restaurant in Mississauga.
